Epsilon is seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of complex technology and consulting initiatives for our financial-services clients. This role is responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives while maintaining the high standards of quality and collaboration that define ETG’s work.
The Senior Delivery Manager acts as a central point of coordination across product, consulting, and client teams. The role requires strong organizational leadership, clear communication, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex delivery environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of ETG platform implementations and related consulting engagements.
- Coordinate work across product, engineering, consulting, and client stakeholders to ensure clear priorities and steady progress.
- Establish delivery plans, manage timelines, and monitor milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Maintain transparent communication with clients and internal leadership regarding project status and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tools, and coordination across teams.
- Support the successful onboarding and adoption of ETG solutions within client organizations.
Qualifications
- Significant experience managing complex software or technology-enabled delivery programs.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Strong project management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management capabilities.
- Experience working with financial institutions or enterprise software platforms is a plus.
